Screamz Event Manager ("Screamz", "we", "us") is a small, private tool used to organize social events among a closed group of friends and family. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the service: to send event invitations, collect RSVPs, and send occasional updates about events you have been invited to. We do not use your information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive text messages related to event invitations, RSVP confirmations, and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or HELP for help.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to operate this service and are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio) acting on our behalf solely to transmit these messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Screamz (such as our hosting and SMS delivery providers), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you participate in the group. You may ask us to remove your contact record at any time using the contact details below.
